Database-level access control lists (ACLs) prevent any query from crossing tenant boundaries. Your customer data, order history, and catalog records are structurally inaccessible to any other tenant on the system—by architecture, not just policy.
Our webhook infrastructure is built with automatic failure-recovery pipelines. If a message relay fails, the system retries delivery using exponential backoff logic. If a payment gateway experiences an outage, pending transactions are queued and replayed automatically once the gateway restores. Merchants are notified via our monitoring dashboard. Azmahpoint maintains a 99.97% platform uptime SLA, though this is independent of third-party gateway or Meta infrastructure availability.

The OrderBot merchant dashboard supports multi-category catalog structures, allowing you to organise products into logical sections (e.g. Mains, Drinks, Desserts for a restaurant; or Electronics, Accessories, Parts for a gadget store). Multiple outlet locations can be configured as separate routing flows within the same tenant account, each with its own delivery zone logic.
Yes, and this was a core design requirement from day one. Because OrderBot operates through WhatsApp's native messaging protocol rather than a web browser or app, it functions reliably on 2G and 3G networks. Text-based catalog interactions consume minimal data. Payment links open a lightweight payment checkout page optimised for mobile network conditions.
Merchants must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Commerce Policies, which prohibit certain product categories (e.g. alcohol sold to minors, financial instruments without regulatory clearance). Merchants are also responsible for their own FIRS tax obligations and accurate product representation. Azmahpoint reserves the right to suspend tenant workspaces that violate these requirements.
